FISCHER

EXTENDED FAMILY

November has been a weird one in Central Illinois this year.  The trees were still showing some green and most of the leaves really hasn't dropped, at least at my house.  Usually November is time to start winding down in the photography season and shifting to the holiday festivities.  But with the temps flirting with the upper 60's and a low 70 the Fischer family took great advantage of a great weekend.  Only thing that didn't cooperate was the wind.  It was great kite flying weather!  But we waited for drops in wind gusts and took advantage.  Part of the Fischer family has worked with us before so obviously the girls were comfortable getting them to loosen up was no trouble.  If you notice an image on our page with a couple little girls leading a miniature pony, those same little girls were striking a pose on this shoot.  Have a look at their session.

These girls are all personality! It's too easy to get unique images with these little posers.

The wind was crazy but we found a few dead spots.

Sometimes you gotta let loose.

Sometimes you gotta let loose.

It's funny how two sisters can have different personalities.  I think I did a good job capturing each.

RODGERS

COUPLE & EXTENDED

Our drive to Champaign included a set of 5 actual sessions.  On this session we worked with the couple that started it all.  We almost had a couple of Harley's in this session but they felt the temps were to far south for the ride to the shoot.  It all worked anyway.  In this set I'll add two shoots together, the couple and extended session.  I was unsure exactly how long and how a 5 shoot day would work, but, everything went VERY well.  Here is a sample from the Rodgers couple and Extentded family.

And a few from the Rodgers extended family.

SCHMIDGALL

FAMILY

With the Schmidgall family scheduled on the books, we know one thing! We get see Lola!  Lola is the little girl in the middle of the family that can pretty much get anything she wants, & I don't think anyone would disagree.  I get attached to some of our clients a little more than others, and I count it our privilege to capture Lola as she grows.  We did forget the Smarties this time but a quick detour on the way to the shoot and we came with orange Tic Tac's in hand, crisis averted!  You guys are always a breeze and we look forward to next time.

She was giving us lots of cheese.

Those eyes!

Those eyes!

She was killing us! Lola you're a hoot!

We wrapped with a few shots at the park. If you look closely she's thinking "are they gonna catch me?", "will I be launched into that tree over there?",  "I may not see my first day of preschool..."  It was all good, Grandpa caught her and she wanted to keep going!
